We are a very small farm located in Southern Mississippi about 30 minutes from I-10 in Gulfport.
How our farm got its name?
It is named after the very first horse we
purchased on this new land site.
His name is Doc Holiday Gold Rush. So we came up with Gold Rush from the last two names of his Apha name.
We are a very small farm but love our animals and would sacrafice not eating to feed them if we ever had to. We will never get too many horses that we can not fend for.
We offer very great bloodlines and we strive to put some better confirmation on working horses by breeding a select few mares that fit the designs on what we are aiming for.
What do we desire?
A strong foundation , nice confirmation, smart, easy to handle horses . We are focused on making some great halter horse prospects .
We currently train our own horses and start them all in the arena for barrels, poles and exposure to the Arena area so they all will have some experience and not just eye candy.
We have had some beautiful foals leave us to go to some wonderful homes.
We want our Farm to be NOT known for massive volume sales but rather than the place where you got the horse that you could never let go of .
We spend every day with our horses.
We are a Christian Family that Love Jesus and will not lie to seal a deal on a horse.
